Welcome fight fans to our live coverage of The Moment: Mayweather vs. Maidana. The event starts at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. and we’ll kick off our coverage with J’Leon Love vs. Marco Antonio Periban.

We’re less than 10 minutes away from the event. For those wondering, the whole glove situation proved to be a non-issue and the fight is fully on.

J’Leon Love (17-0, 10 KOs) vs. Marco Antonio Periban (20-1-1, 13 KOs )
Round 1 (Love-Periban): Bit of a feeling out process to start the fight. Periban is a pretty big dude so let’s see if he can showcase some power. Love is using his jab well as he throws two and three at a time, while moving counter clockwise around the ring.
Round 2 (Love-Periban): Periban comes out and eats a jab, and immediately is bleeding badly from the nose.
Round 2 (Love-Periban): Periban is pawing at his nose and it’s making him look worse. Love continues to zero in with the jab to the nose and to the body. Periban takes a chance by throwing a combo downstairs and lands. Love lands a left hook and Periban danes away. Love lands a few more jabs and the bleeding is getting worse.
Round 2 (Love-Periban): Double jab from Periban but misses to the body. Love lands a right to the body and then a check left hook upstairs. Periban is struggling with the blood from the nose as he looks very uncomfortable. 20-18 Love on our card.
Round 3 (Love-Periban): Periban’s nose seems to be under control at least to start the round. Periban lands a nice shot that stuns Love momentarily.
Round 3 (Love-Periban): Love is on his horse though he did avoid about half of those punches. Back to jabbing is Love. Periban going after the body again as he lands a left hook to the ribcage.
Round 3 (Love-Periban): Periban lands a right hand and then eats a left. Some good action in this round as Periban is getting himself into it. Love lands a stiff jab and Periban’s nose holds up (no blood). Love staying on the outside after eating some hard shots in this round and Periban makes a statement in the 3rd. 29-28 Love.
Round 4 (Love-Periban): Let’s see if Love responds well in this round.
Round 4 (Love-Periban): Periban still on the attack as Love has gotten a tad defensive in the first two minutes of the round. A bit of a close round though as Periban isn’t landing too many shots here. Love lands a right hand on the inside and Periban backs away. Another stiff jab lands for Love as the round closes. Gave that last round to Love. 39-37
Both Mayweather and Maidana are shown arriving into the arena. Big cheers for Maidana, big jeers for Mayweather from the crowd.
Round 5 (Love-Periban): Battle of the jabs as we begin the fifth round. Periban lands a good left hook downstairs and he unloads on a four-punch combo along the ropes. Love moves away though and he pumps a pair of jabs. Love is moving along the ropes and he lands a one-two. Periban connects with a right hand to the hip and then a right hands lands hard!!
Round 5 (Love-Periban): Love is tagged BIG! Love is in deep trouble!
Round 5 (Love-Periban): Love eats another right hand and he is in bad shape with a minute to go!
Round 5 (Love-Periban): Down goes Love from another barrage of punches!
Round 5 (Love-Periban): Love is in all kinds of trouble as he is eating punches but he survives the round. Wow! 47-47
Round 6 (Love-Periban): Periban better come out swinging in this round.
Round 6 (Love-Periban): Periban not getting overly aggressive but he’s still looking to land straight rights. Periban lands a left uppercut but Love returns fire with two big lefts. Love doing some taunting along the ropes and Periban responds with a right hand to the chin. Now Love lands his own right hand.
Round 6 (Love-Periban): Love on the offensive with Periban backing off. There’s a cut now over the left eye of Periban but it’s unclear if it was from a punch or a headbutt but Periban looks hurt. Love putting on more pressure and he has Periban going backward. 57-56 Love.
Round 7 (Love-Periban): Love looks to have recovered from the danger he was in during the fifth round. Love is landing his jabs again and is doing it from the outside. Periban lands a right hand and then a half-assed left.
Round 7 (Love-Periban):Love lands a right hand that stuns Periban but he fights out of it. Love lands a right hand to the body and then a left upstairs. Love lands another left hook as Periban’s eye keeps bleeding. 67-65 Love.
Round 8 (Love-Periban): Periban is beginning to miss his right hand quite a bit and he has lost the steam off his punches. Perhaps he’s lost a little confidence after being unable to put Love away. (Honestly, Jay Nady should have stopped it). Love doing a good job with the jabs and he lands a double jab that snaps Periban’s head back.
Round 8 (Love-Periban): We have a bit of lull in the action towards the end of the round. Periban’s face is getting busted up now. 77-74 Love.
Round 9 (Love-Periban): Love is bouncing around as it’s clear he’s got the confidence that he can take this fight. Since the knockdown, Love has fought better, while Periban has lost his mojo.
Round 9 (Love-Periban): Periban takes another hard jab that snaps his head back and Love lands a straight right hand. Periban lands a right hand but Love takes it well.
Round 9 (Love-Periban): Periban just not fighting well anymore as the round ends. 87-83 Love. Periban’s going to need something big in the final round.
Round 10 (Love-Periban): Love is keeping his distance and he can likely stay in control if he keeps popping the jab. Nice trio of jabs from Love there and Periban misses wildly with a looping right hand. A right then lands for Periban to the body but Love doesn’t seem fazed.
Round 10 (Love-Periban): Love trying to steal the round though Periban is still the aggressor and is landing some punches. A left lands for Periban and then a right to the chest. Love misses with a right and Periban connects with an uppercut. A right cross from Love ends the round and we’ll go to the cards. We have it 97-92 for Love.

Mayweather: “Over the gloves, it’s about protecting both fighters, both parties, but everything is well now.”
Mayweather: “Maidana is a guy I can’t over look but I trained well and I’m ready now. All I can do now is go out there and be Floyd Mayweather.”

Adrien Broner (27-1, 22 KOs) vs. Carlos Molina (17-1-1, 7 KOs)
Round 1 (Broner-Molina): Molina comes out trying to get close but Broner is dishing out some quick jabs. A left hook lands for Broner as it’s pretty apparent that he has a big speed advantage. Molina sneak in a right uppercut to the body. Broner lands a check left hook as Molina gets close.
Round 1 (Broner-Molina): They get tied up but Broner makes sure to land a short right to the body. A lead right lands for Broner and then he follows it up with a left jab. Molina is throwing the jab but is coming up short. Broner lands two left jabs and misses with a right uppercut to end the round. 10-9 Broner.
Round 2 (Broner-Molina): Broner starts the round with a pair of left jabs. (On a side note, Broner is wearing socks that have his face on them). Molina lands a right cross from the outside but it lacked power. Broner connects downstairs with a right hand. Two jabs land for Molina now but he can’t land the follow-up right.
Round 2 (Broner-Molina): Molina gets close and lands a pair of rights and then connects with a hard overhand right. Broner reacts by walking away and showboating on the ropes but Molina comes close and lands a pair of body shots. Not sure what Broner was trying to accomplish by that. Did I mention Broner’s socks have his face on them? His trunks also have Rick Ross’ face on them. 19-19.
Round 3 (Broner-Molina): They get tied up to start the round and Broner basically throws him to the canvas. Molina is given a few moments to pull himself back together. Molina, who is annoyed traps Broner against the ropes and lands a three-punch combo. Molina lands a right to the chest but Broner rips a left hook to the chin. Molina dips down and throws a right hand that connects on Broner’s face. Broner misses his left hook but the one-two connects.
Round 3 (Broner-Molina): Molina lands another overhand right. Broner backs up and throws a jab, and Molina then connects with a left hook. Molina is here to win folks. A right to the body lands for Molina while Broner moved back. A check hook lands for Broner and that ends the round. 29-28 Molina.
Round 4 (Broner-Molina): Molina comes up short with the jab and Broner lands his. A counter left lands for Broner as Molina came in close. Molina misses his right and backs off as Broner throws his left (and misses). Quick uppercut lands for Broner on the inside and he slips a right cross. Molina digs in with a left hook that connects to the body.
Round 4 (Broner-Molina): Two hooks land for Broner. Broner opens up and connects with a right hand and slips a left hook. Broner picking up the pace in these final moments of the round. Another uppercut lands for Broner and a four-punch combo land, before another uppercut connects. 38-38
Round 5 (Broner-Molina): Broner again coming out with more confidence as he’s ripping lefts and right uppercuts. Broner needs to keep pumping the jab to counter Molina’s own jab, which is much slower by comparison. Broner is giving Molina plenty of angles right now and he’s connecting with his combinations. Molina sneaks in a right cross and a left hook but Broner counters with a right uppercut and a left hook. Broner trying to have some fun in this round.
Round 5 (Broner-Molina): Broner spins Molina around and does his little “hump from behind” move that causes referee Kenny Bayless to issue him a warning. End of the round. 48-47 Broner.
Round 6 (Broner-Molina): Molina comes out throwing jabs and lefts to the body. They are clinching but they are trying to throw in some blows. The crowd has a loud “ole, ole, ole, ola!” chant going in support for Maidana. (Mike Tyson is shown at ringside). Molina lands a right but eats a left hook that stops him in his tracks.
Round 6 (Broner-Molina): Broner lands two left hooks to the body and Molina just takes them. Two more jabs from Broner and then a right cross. Molina lands a left to the body but backs off. Broner is a lot busier than Molina in this round. A right lands for Broner and then partly blocks the incoming right. Broner telling the ref to watch for rabbit punches. Molina misses with a left hook as Broner closes the round with a right. 58-56 Broner.
Round 7 (Broner-Molina): Broner comes out popping the jab and he lands a sharp right hand. A little bit of holding in the middle of the ring and Broner lands a three-punch combo. Molina lands a clean left hook and then missing his winging right.
Round 7 (Broner-Molina): Molina ducks a left hook from Broner and answers with two hooks to the body. Broner throws another combination but Molina lands two counter rights. Broner is throwing pitty-patter punches and Molina is game. Broner ends the round with an Ali shuffle. 68-65 Broner.
Round 8 (Broner-Molina): Molina with a lead left hook. Broner lands a left hook to the body followed up by a jab. Molina misses two jabs and misses his right. Broner lands a lead right but then backs away. Molina coming forward and lands a right to the body. Molina lands a right hand then a right to the body. Broner not too busy in this round, electing to dance around and trying to make Molina miss. Molina still coming forward, throwing more punches and hitting Broner with a right to the body then again to the chin. Good round for Molina as we end the eighth. 77-75 Broner.
Round 9 (Broner-Molina): Molina comes out hoping to go to the body as Broner is back popping his jab. A two-punch combo lands for Broner and then Molina coms back with a left and right upstairs. Big miss from Molina, which prompts Broner to hotdog some more. Jeers from the crowd in response.
Round 10 (Broner-Molina): Molina still trying to throw hooks to the body and mixing them up with punches upstairs but they are only partially landing. Round ends, but Broner just doesn’t seem to have much pop even at junior welterweight thus far. 87-84 Broner.
Round 10 (Broner-Molina): Molina has been trying to get Broner to fight on the inside as he leans in. Broner smartly, has stayed on the outside as he’s using his speed to keep him at bay. Left hook to the body lands for Molina but it hasn’t had much of an effect yet. Molina lands a left, but Broner answers back with three hooks to the head. A right lands for Broner but Molina isn’t going anywhere, landing two lefts. Fight is over and we’ll go to the cards.
We’re seeing clips of Mayweather’s first fight, which aired on ESPN. Seems like a LONG time ago!

If Khan really wants that Mayweather fight, he’ll have to win big tonight.
Round 1 (Khan-Collazo): Here we go! Vic Drakulich is your referee. Khan starts with a couple of pawing jabs as he is looking to feel him out. Khan throws three really wide hooks that are blocked. Collazo staying back and is throwing a couple of short jabs. Very tactical start to this fight, as Khan now lands a lead right.
Round 1 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo coming forward throwing more jabs and Khan lands a right to the chest. Khan misses a right while Collazo partially lands his left. A right hand connects for Khan and we end the round. 10-9 Khan.
Round 2 (Khan-Collazo): Khan lands a clean right hand and thena nother lead right lands for Khan. Collazo misses the right hook and then he eats a right hand that nearly sends him down. Khan lands with a left hook and Collazo complains about a punch near the ear.
Round 2 (Khan-Collazo): Khan backs up and nloads a right hand that lands. Collazo on the inside as Khan holds his right arm while punching. Drakulich warns Khan for holding and breaks them up. Khan lands a left hook that stuns Collazo and he pumps two jabs to the mid-section. Khan looking very good in this round.
Round 2 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo looks frustrated already as he’s been unable to land cleanly. Collazo switches to righty but takes two hooks. Another right lands for Khan as he blocks two hooks from Collazo. 20-18 Khan.
Round 3 (Khan-Collazo): Khan moving slowly in a circle but is still landing his jab and right hands. A loopy right hand rom Khan also connects. Collazo lands a right hook but falls off balance. A left hand lands for Collazo to the body and then a hook downstairs. Khan pushes Collazo out of the way and gets in a right hand to the chin. Collazo swinging wildly but can’t seem to land flush.
Round 3 (Khan-Collazo): Two hooks land for Khan and then a right hand hits flush to the face of Collazo. 30-27 Khan.
Round 4 (Khan-Collazo): A short right hand and Collazo goes down!
Round 4 (Khan-Collazo): Khan is going right after him throwing combinations and looking pretty solid. Collazo holds as they get close.
Round 4 (Khan-Collazo): A right hand from Khan knocks Collazo off-balance again. Collazo looks frustrated, slow, and old tonight. Collazo finally throws and lands two right hooks. Khan shakes them off and backs up to land a jab. Collazo is walking after him with his hands down but misses a lead left.
Round 4 (Khan-Collazo): Khan shoots a right up the middle that lands and Collazo has a bloody lip. Collazo has his left cross blocked, while he keeps walking him down. 40-35 Khan. Collazo has some choice words for Khan on his way back to the corner.
Round 5 (Khan-Collazo): Khan comes after Collazo with jabs before they get tied up. There’s a lot of chit-chatting between Khan and Collazo. Collazo connects with a jab and then unloads with three lefts when they are in the clinch.Khan connects with a right hand and Collazo comes back with a three-punch combo but all three punches are blocked.
Round 5 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo with a jab and then ducks out of the way of a right from Khan. They get tied up again as this fight is getting testy. Khan lands a right then Collazo lands a right hook. 50-44 Khan.
Round 6 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo finally comes out with his hands up as he has the cross-arm defense going. Khan lands a right hand but misses his left. Khan connects with another lead right and they get tied up. Vic Drakulich has his work cut out for him tonight. Collazo lands a left cross to the body and Khan ends the round with a right hand and a clinch. 60-53 Khan.
Round 7 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo coming forward and rips a couple of body shots along the ropes. Khan misses his left jab and right hand, but comes back with a stiff right hand up the gut. Collazo trying to land some hooks but Khan holds him and Collazo complains to Drakulich. A left hook lands for Khan and Collazo shakes his head.Khan lands a quick combination and Collazo licks his glove (what?!). Collazo throws a shot that was a little low and gets a warning. Khan lands a lead right and Collazo lands a left. They get chippy again at the end of the round. 70-62 Khan.
Round 8 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo lands a low blow as Khan has his hand on his head and Drakulich takes a point away from Collazo. Khan lands a right hand and then holds.
Round 8 (Khan-Collazo): Khan lands yet another right hand as Collazo misses two lefts. A left hand lands for Collazo and Khan reacts. Drakulich finally warns Khan for holding and tells him he’ll take a point away next time. Collazo lands a straight left and then a right hook. Khan with a one-two but Collazo still trying to land power shots. A point is deducted from Khan for holding. Khan then comes in and lands a sizzling right hand. 79-71 Khan.
Round 8 (Khan-Collazo): Khan lands yet another right hand as Collazo misses two lefts. A left hand lands for Collazo and Khan reacts. Drakulich finally warns Khan for holding and tells him he’ll take a point away next time. Collazo lands a straight left and then a right hook. Khan with a one-two but Collazo still trying to land power shots. A point is deducted from Khan for holding. Khan then comes in and lands a sizzling right hand. 78-71 Khan.
Round 9 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo is getting more aggressive as he’s throwing some haymakers to the body. Collazo connects with a straight left and Khan backs off. There’s some blood coming from the right eyebrow from Collazo. Khan avoids a hook and holds Collazo, before landing a short right to the body.
Round 10 (Khan-Collazo): Nice uppercut lands for Collazo. Two jabs land for Khan and then another one lands. A left to the body hurt Collazo and then a right hand lands for Khan. He has Collazo in some danger in the corner who is holding but not throwing back.
Round 10 (Khan-Collazo): There goes a big left to the body and down goes Collazo!
Round 10 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo is hurt to the body and Khan knows it. He’s going for the kill and a left hook sends Collazo down again!
Round 10 (Khan-Collazo): Khan unloading along the ropes but Collazo escapes the round.
Round 11 (Khan-Collazo): Will Khan try to finish the show? Let’s see. Khan so far, looking pretty good in his debut at welterweight. Collazo comes in and lands a left uppercut but eats a right hand in return. A solid combo lands for Collazo. Khan fires another lead right that connects. And another. Double jab lands for Khan. Combo lands for Collazo.
Round 11 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo lands a left up the middle but Khan lands two right hands to the stomach. Probably isn’t saying much, but that was Collazo’s best round.
Round 12 (Khan-Collazo): Collazo needs a miracle punch to win this fight as Khan has dominated this from start to finish. Well….Collazo floors Khan, but from a low blow. Vic Drakulich brings them together and warns both fighters. Khan takes his time recovering but he’s back up now.
Round 12 (Khan-Collazo): Khan lands a jab and then a right hand before tying him up. Collazo eats another right hand. Collazo misses badly with a right hook and Khan puts him in a front face lock. Collazo lands a right to the body and then another right to the head. Khan misses his jab and lands a combo to end the fight. We go to the cards.
We scored it 117-106 for Khan.
And it’s a unanimous decision. Scores are 117-106, 119-104 and 119-104 for Amir Khan.
Khan: “Collazo is very awkward but we tried our very best. It was a great thing to have that layoff and I needed that time off from boxing.”
Khan: “My style would cause Mayweather a lot of trouble.”

Round 1 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana starts out throwing a pair of jabs and then misses with the overhand right. Mayweather bumps into him with a shoulder to back him up and then throws a right hand. Mayweather with a jab downstairs and Maidana ties him up. A right lands to the body and Maidana is unloading while Mayweather is tying him up. A right hand lands for maidana and then he lands a left hook. Maidana is on the ropes trying to slip those punches.
Round 1 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana has him against the ropes and he’s throwing hooks upstairs and to the body. Mayweather is landing some counter punches now and then a short left hook. 10-9 Maidana.
Round 2 (Mayweather-Maidana): Mayweather comes out with a jab to the body that knocks him off balance. Maidana lands a right to the body and then misses two jabs. Mayweather comes back with a counter right hand and then lands a jab and two left hooks.
Round 2 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana is looking to smother Mayweather again and he has him trapped on the ropes. Big shots, though only a few are landing. Mayweather lands a short left hook and then a right uppercut to the body. A right uppercut lands upstairs and Maidana backs away momentarily. Two jabs to the body from Mayweather to the midsection. Another jab to the body. Mayweather lands a jab and then another right hand.They get tied up to end the round. 19-19.
Round 3 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana pushes Mayweather to the ropes but they get tangled up and they’re forced to break. Maidana lands a left hand and Mayweather answers with two hooks of his own. A jab to the body lands for Mayweather but Maidana counters with a left uppercut.
Round 3 (Mayweather-Maidana): Referee Tony Weeks warns Maidana for roughhousing. Mayweather laying on the ropes and is letting Maidana throw punches. Floyd ties up Maidana and then comes back with a right hand but misses with the left. A left lands for Mayweather and then a right cross. Maidana misses with his right and then clubs away on the ropes.
Round 3 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana keeps throwing power punches along the ropes but Mayweather escapes. Nice right hand from Floyd lands to end the round. 29-28 Mayweather.
Round 4 (Mayweather-Maidana): A little roughhousing again to start the fourth round. Both fighters using their elbows to push each other off. Maidana lands a left to the body but misses wildly with the overhand right. Mayweather complaining about the clubbing blows. Mayweather lands two right hands and Mayweather has a cut over his right eye.
Round 4 (Mayweather-Maidana): Not sure if the cut came from a butt, an elbow or a punch but we’ll check the replay. Mayweather backs away and lands a check hook to the head of Maidana. He then lands another one. Mayweather is pawing at his cut. Maywaether warned for holding. Mayweather lands a left hook and then a right but Maidana comes back with a left hook to the body. Good round for Maidana. 38-38.
Replays show the cut came from a headbutt.
Round 5 (Mayweather-Maidana): Mayweather sure has his work cut out for him so far. Maidana throwing big punches and one lands flush to Maywaether’s head. Maidana almost kneed him! Mayweather eats a right hand to the chin but takes it well Maidana then lands a left hook upstairs but Mayweather counters with a hard right to the ribs. Maidana still throwing downstairs and upstairs from all sorts of odd angles.
Round 5 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana again has Mayweather on the ropes and is throwing haymakers. Maidana up 48-47 on my card.
Round 6 (Mayweather-Maidana): Mayweather lands a lead right hand. Floyd misses with another right as Maidana takes him to the corner to pound away at the body. Left hook from Floyd but partially blocked. Maidana sneaks in a right hand and then a left hook. A sharp uppercut lands for Mayweather.
Round 6 (Mayweather-Maidana): Some counter land for Mayweather and then a right hand. Maidana backs away and takes a right to the chin. Better round for Floyd and it’s 57-57 on my card.
Round 7 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana right away tries to back Mayweather into a corner to throw body punches. Mayweather comes back with his own right to the body and then a lead right hand.
Round 7 (Mayweather-Maidana): Mayweather is having some good counters in this round and he’s taken the seventh round. 67-66 Mayweather.
Round 8 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana starts off by working the body and he takes Maywaether to the corner again. Floyd with a jab to the body and then two lead right hands. Body punching exchanged as Maidana goes a little low. Mayweather comes back with a right hand.
Round 8 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana lands a left jab and a right to the body. This has been a brawl! Mayweather feints the jab and throws a right that lands to the body. Has been a close round with under a minute to go. Mayweather misses his right and Maidana lands a left and then a right. Mayweather ties him up then lands a clean right hand. Mayweather lands a body shot and Maidana eats a right. 76-76 even.
Round 9 (Mayweather-Maidana): The two fighters tie each other up quickly as they get close to each other. Maidana misses with two jabs and Mayweather lands a quick right hand. Then another right! Maidana has slowed down but has been a little more economical with his punches instead of going all out. Here’s Mayweather with a left hand and then an right. Maidana returns a right hand but Floyd backs away from the oncoming left. Solid right counter from Mayweather.
Round 9 (Mayweather-Maidana): Combination from Mayweather to the body as Chino looks to land four jabs in a row. Mayweather misses the left hook but he lands a right. Was a good round for Mayweather. 86-85 Mayweather.
Round 10 (Mayweather-Maidana): Floyd is on his toes to kickoff the round. Two jabs land for Mayweather. A hard left hook lands for Mayweather and then two sizzling body hooks from Floyd. Maidana tells him to bring it. Maidana has him on the ropes again and he lands a couple of body shots.

Round 10 (Mayweather-Maidana): Interesting round, both fighters landing some nice shots, but Mayweather closes it with a sharp right hand.
Round 11 (Mayweather-Maidana): This is an important round for Maidana who likely lost the last two. Mayweather is a little more aggressive in this opening minute. He’s landed a couple of hard right hands and he’s staying close. Two body shots land for Mayweather as Maidana is trying to catch up.A right lands for Mayweather and then another one of those check hooks.
Round 11 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana looks a little tired now and he finally gets Mayweather on the ropes again as he lands an overhand right. Maidana loads up and throws a right hand to the body. They get tangled up and they almost fall out of the ring. It’s getting rough in there again and the round closes. 106-103 Mayweather.
Round 12 (Mayweather-Maidana): Maidana is going to have to go out there and get it in this round if he wants to have a chance and getting the nod.
Round 12 (Mayweather-Maidana): This has been more exciting than the Mayweather-Cotto fight. Maidana is trying to throw some hard punches along the ropes. Mayweather is doing the rope-a-dope. Mayweather lands a counter right Maidana lands a body shot and they get tied up to end the fight. We go to the scorecards!
What an excellent fight, as Maidana proves to be a worthy opponent.
