Joshua stops Breazeale in 7

Anthony Joshua (17-0, 17 KOs) successfully defended his IBF heavyweight title with a seventh-round stoppage over Dominc Breazeale (17-1, 15 KOs) at the O2 in London.
Joshua couldn’t miss Breazeale, who offered up little head movement, and took advantage by popping the jab and straight right hands. By the third round, Breazeale’s right eye was beginning to close and Joshua took his time landing combinations.
Having stunned Breazeale earlier in the fight, Joshua finally stepped on the gas in the seventh, after getting hit with a couple of clean punches, and floored Breazeale twice before the fight was waived off.
