Joshua stops Martin in 2 for heavyweight title

Anthony Joshua (15-0, 15 KOs) won the IBF heavyweight title tonight at The O2 in London with a second-round stoppage of Charles Martin (23-1-1, 21 KOs).
Joshua looked composed and used his jab to get a feel for Martin in the first round. Then in the second, Joshua landed a sharp right hand to the chin that sent Martin down. Martin took his time getting to his feet but moments later, Joshua landed the exact same punch in a counter opportunity that sent the defending champion to the canvas again.
Martin appeared to try and laugh it off but took too much time getting up and the fight was waved off at the 9 1/2-count. Time of the stoppage was 1:52.
After the fight, Joshua said he was only a quarter of the way there (referencing the other three heavyweight titles out there) and said he would be open to fight anyone, including David Haye and Tyson Fury.
