Pacquiao signs with Top Rank through 2016

It appears that Manny Pacquiao will finish his career with Top Rank.
Top Rank CEO Bob Arum announced that the Filipino boxing star has signed a two-year contract with the promotional company that will expire at age 38.
“We are pleased that together with our partners at HBO we will continue presenting to the public fights of the great Manny Pacquiao through the end of 2016,” Arum said.
“The partnership among Manny, Top Rank, MP Promotions and HBO has been a wonderful one for all parties and for the public and it’s great that is will continue for the years to come,” Arum said.
Most people have been resigned to the fact that the super-fight with Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather will never happen, but for those who were still hopeful, this is basically the final nail in the coffin.
Mayweather has stated that he refuses to work with Bob Arum, so the options for Manny Pacquiao appear to be limited. Arum says the plan is for Pacquiao to return in November and that a fight will be offered to Juan Manuel Marquez. Should Marquez turn the fight down, the plan would then be to pursue a bout with Ruslan Provodnikov.
Another wildcard possibility is Pacquiao squaring off with a Golden Boy fighter. Arum says he and Oscar De La Hoya can easily work together to make a fight happen, but it is unclear which fighters Oscar can actually offer due to most of the top fighter being managed by Al Haymon, the man Arum chooses not to work with.
