Zou Shiming is set to return to the ring on March 7, as he’ll take on Amnat Ruenroeng from the Venetian Macao in Macao, China, Top Rank announced today.

Shiming (6-0, 1 KO), who is trained by Freddie Roach, is coming off a decision win over the previously unbeaten Kwanpichit Onesongchaigym in a title eliminator on the Pacquiao-Algieri undercard.

“Beloved in the Peoples’ Republic of China and an incredible talent, Zou has earned his right to fight for a professional world championship belt,” said Bob Arum.  “It is fitting that the Zou vs. Ruenroeng world flyweight title fight take place at The Venetian Macao, which has become one of the great boxing capitals of the world.”

In the co-feature, Glen Tapia (22-1, 14 KOs) will take on Daniel Dawson (40-4-1, 26 KOs) in a 10-round junior middleweight bout.  Jose Felix Jr. (28-1-1, 23 KOs) will also be in action against Raymond Sermona in an eight-round lightweight clash.

The card will air on HBO2 at 5 p.m. ET/PT.
