Manny Pacquiao scored a decisive unanimous decision win on Saturday night against Timothy Bradley in their rubber match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Pacquiao (58-6-2, 38 KOs) started tentatively, as did Bradley but began picking up the pace in the middle rounds, and was awarded with a knockdown in the seventh round when Bradley seemed to slip forward following a left hand.
In the ninth, Pacquiao stunned Bradley with a left, and then shortly after, connected with a straight left that sent Bradley down to the canvas. It was easily the best punch of the fight and one that Bradley would say after the fight, he did not remember.
Despite Bradley attempting to rally in the last few rounds, he looked tired as Pacquiao steadily came forward and landed combinations.
